Losing 100 Lbs with Big Mike is a transformation series of Mike Rashid King, an entrepreneur in the fitness space, helping his friend Michael White (Big Mike) lose 100 lbs.

Mike Rashid noticed that Big Mike was always at the gym, but never looked any different. Never seemed like he was losing weight. He also saw the things Big Mike was doing in the gym to be ineffective in what Big Mike needed in regards to getting in better shape.

Mike Rashid offered to help Big Mike lose weight, but the only catch was, it had to be filmed. Mike Rashid wants to use Big Mike’s journey to help so many others in his shoes get the motivation, and/ or try the things that Mike has him doing in the series in regards to training and nutrition.
