Ghanaian football enthusiasts who are unhappy with the management of football in the country have hit the streets in Accra to express their anger through a peaceful demonstration. Dubbed ‘Save Ghana Football’ demo, the die-hard football lovers led by some seasoned sports journalists will submit a petition to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), the Sports Ministry, and the National Sports Council (NSA). Some big names in the sporting, entertainment, and political fraternity are expected to join the march. The protest seeks to demand immediate solutions to the problems crippling Ghana football which resulted in the country’s shameful exit from the 2023 AFCON in Ivory Coast.
