This “REVOLT Black News” segment features a sit-down interview with our Chairman Sean “Diddy” Combs, who gives a preview of what to look forward to at the Billboard Music Awards 2022, which he is not only executive producing but also hosting. He also opens up about Mary J. Blige receiving the icon awards at the ceremony. In turn the R&B Soul legend, whose Strength of a Woman festival just wrapped up in Atlanta, opened up about receiving the music honor. Citing love, Diddy said about the show, “Love is about forgiveness and this, this being a night of love, I am un-canceling the canceled.”
Inspired by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ successful “State Of Emergency: The State of Black America & Coronavirus” town hall, “REVOLT BLACK NEWS” is a platform that is designed to report news from the perspective of Black people for Black people.
“When I started REVOLT, I always wanted to develop a platform to report the news from our perspective, from our lens, from our people, so I decided to launch ’REVOLT BLACK NEWS.’” said Combs. “We’re here with solutions. We’ve already heard about what we can’t do, but this is what we can do.”
