In the series premiere of “REVOLT BLACK NEWS,” guests Nick Cannon, Jhene Aiko, Styles P, Angela Yee, Dr. Deepak Chopra and more speak about the importance of keeping one’s health in tip top shape during Coronavirus. They’ll be breaking down facts on the best foods and natural herbs that can serve as medicine, as well as discussing overall wellness and how to remain physically healthy while social distancing. The episode will also have experts in the medical and wellness fields sharing their professional input on the topics at hand.
Inspired by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ successful “State Of Emergency: The State of Black America & Coronavirus” town hall, “REVOLT BLACK NEWS” is a platform that is designed to report news from the perspective of black people, for black people.

“When I started REVOLT, I always wanted to develop a platform to report the news from our perspective, from our lens, from our people, so I decided to launch REVOLT BLACK NEWS.” said Combs. “We’re here with solutions. We’ve already heard about what we can’t do, but this is what we can do.”
Each weekly episode will feature conversations with experts, artists, and elected officials discussing COVID-19’s impact on the black community, with key topics including health and nutrition, personal finances, income inequality, mass incarceration, access to education, and more.
“REVOLT BLACK NEWS” is slated to air live on Sundays at 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT beginning Sunday, April 19, 2020, and seeks to fill an information void for the black audience.
